ACAP Sends OIRA Letter in Regards to IFR Concerning Working Families Tax Credit Act
On Friday, May 29, ACAP provided the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) with a comment letter detailing its thoughts on the agency’s pending interim final rule governing section 71119 of the Working Families Tax Credit Act, Requirement for States to Establish Medicaid Community Engagement Requirements for Certain Individuals.
