Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) has signed onto the bill as a cosponsor.

In the Senate:

Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and original co-sponsors Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wisc.), Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) introduced S. 873.


These bills provide 12-month continuous eligibility for all Medicaid and CHIP enrollees.
