ACAP Pens Support of 2028 HCBS Quality Measure Set to CMS
On Thursday, May 28, ACAP submitted comment to CMS over the agency’s proposed Home and Community-Based Services Quality Measure Set for 2028. The letter highlighted ACAP’s general support of CMS’s efforts to develop a standardized set of metrics to evaluate HCBS programs across the country.
