Chi Actuarial LLC is an independent actuarial consulting firm serving community health plans and other risk-bearing healthcare organizations. Led by Ada Ngoka, ASA, MAAA, who brings more than 19 years of actuarial experience, the firm supports individual projects and ongoing engagements. Clients work directly with Ada, from defining the question through analysis and recommendations.

Services include assessing financial performance and risk; developing and evaluating capitation and premium rates; conducting experience studies and projecting claims; estimating reserves and IBNR; identifying cost and utilization drivers; measuring the financial impact of care-management and cost-containment initiatives; evaluating self-funding arrangements; and building custom actuarial models.
