ACAP Submits Comments on Request for Information Related to Comprehensive Regulations to Uncover Suspicious Healthcare (CRUSH)
On Friday, March 27, ACAP submitted comments in response to CMS’s Request for Information (RFI) Related to Comprehensive Regulations to Uncover Suspicious Healthcare (CRUSH).
In the letter, ACAP details examples of how its Safety Net Health Plans currently combat fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA). ACAP also offered broad recommendations for improving transparency and reducing burdens associated with combating FWA as well as specific comments related to the questions posed by CMS in the CRUSH RFI.
