ACAP Pens Letter to CMS in Response to Informal Request for Information on FWA and ABA
On April 30, ACAP submitted comments to CMS in response to the agency’s informal request for information about fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) prevention within Medicaid as well as applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy.
In the letter, ACAP reaffirmed its shared goal of reducing FWA while also providing CMS with detailed suggestions about how the agency can strengthen program integrity in state Medicaid and CHIP programs.
