ACAP Joins Letter to Congress on Importance of Preserving HCBS Services from the Partnership for Medicaid
On March 31st, ACAP, as part of the Partnership for Medicaid and a member of its legislative subcommittee, joined a letter to the leaders of the Senate Finance and House Energy and Commerce Committees urging Congress to ensure that policies addressing program integrity in Medicaid do not harm access to home and community based services (HCBS), or undercut the provider network on which millions of people rely.
