ACAP Comment Letter on the 2025 Advance Notice
On March 1, ACAP submitted its comment letter to CMS Administrator, Chiquita Brooks-LaSure on Advance Notice of Methodological Changes for Calendar Year (CY) 2025 for Medicare Advantage (MA) Capitation Rates and Part C and Part D Payment Policies.
In the letter, ACAP thanked Administrator Brooks-LaSure for her leadership in improving the Medicare program for dually eligible beneficiaries and for advancing Medicare and Medicaid integration. ACAP respectfully submitted comments on the following for consideration:
- Proposed 2025 Growth Rates
- MA Risk Score Trend and FFS Normalization
- RxHCC Risk Adjustment Model
- Part D Normalization Factors
- HOS Survey Revisions
- Social Connection Screening and Intervention (Part C)
- Universal Foundation of Quality Measures
