Me+U Care was founded by the former worldwide product head of interactive media for The Walt Disney Company after he experienced navigation, communication, and care challenges while serving as his aunt’s caregiver during her battle with cancer. Improving healthcare is Me+U Care’s mission and only business.

Me+U is a white-labeled NO APP omni-channel platform. It delivers bidirectional personalized PHI-secure communications directly to members and family caregivers on their mobile phones—without an app, web portal, or remembering a password. Most members prefer mobile SMS messaging and mobile chat because it reaches them wherever they are in the community.

Unlike “two-way texting” solutions, Me+U enables integrated mobile communications using SMS to send health-plan-approved messages with optional pre-formatted non-PHI replies, as well as responses via a highly secure mobile browser connection.
