Harmonetiks® is a veteran-owned wellness organization dedicated to enhancing health through the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). Utilizing the Harmonetiks® method, services include personalized sessions with Dr. Jeff Zimmerman and certified Team members, focusing on the Easy Breath technique to alleviate stress and pain. Offerings extend to online classes, sports performance integration, and upcoming programs in yoga, tai chi, and body work.
