ACAP Letter of Support for Sen. Brown’s Amendment on 12-month Adult Continuous Eligibility

ACAP wrote a Letter of Support to Chairman Wyden (D-OR) and Ranking Member Mike Crapo (R-ID) for Senator Brown’s (D-OH) Amendment #3 to the Senate Finance Committee’s Discussion Draft Of Titles XVIII And XIX Of The Social Security Act To Expand The Mental Health Care Workforce And Services, Reduce Prescription Drug Costs, And Extend Certain Expiring Provisions Under Medicare And Medicaid, And For Other Purposes.

Amendment #3 to the Chairman’s Mark, the Stabilize Medicaid and CHIP Coverage Act, would expand access to health care, including mental health and substance use disorders, by providing 12-month continuous coverage for everyone eligible for Medicaid and CHIP.
