ACAP Comments on Coverage of Over-the-Counter Preventive Services
On December 4, ACAP submitted its comments on “Coverage of Over-the-Counter Preventive Services” issued by the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and the Treasury.
The comment letter includes a request that CMS ask that any potential federal policy changes related to this RFI be specifically tailored as appropriate for each applicable OTC preventive item or service, as there are different factors that come into play with each product.
