December Medicaid Roundtable Call: New HR1 Guidance

ACAP’s December Medicaid Roundtable call will be held Thursday, December 18 at 4 pm ET. We will be joined by our partners at McDermott+, share updates on ACAP advocacy, including recent comment and sign-on letters, and review recent guidance from CMS on Medicaid provisions from HR1.
The guidance we focused on included:
- Community engagement implementation
- Changes to provider tax limits and uniformity waivers for certain taxes
- State directed payments
During this roundtable call, we will also have time for an open discussion on state Medicaid landscapes in light of new rules on provider taxes and state directed payments.
