Good Measures is transforming the interface between prescriptive nutrition and health management. The company combines clinical coaching, proprietary technology, and personalized food prescriptions to positively impact health outcomes and address social drivers of health. As a Medicare and Medicaid provider with clinicians licensed in all 50 states, Good Measures is a strategic partner to health plans, employers, providers, care management companies, and government programs.

We provide a prescription for better health. Personalized nutrition and food prescriptions are the foundation for our evidence-based programs that support all people across the health continuum: from maternal health, those living with diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, or cancer, to people seeking support with mental health and prevention. To best support our members, we create personalized food guidance powered by our proprietary technology that generates nutrition recommendations based on each person’s health conditions, age, gender, food preferences, lifestyle, and health goals.

This technology also powers our Good Food Prescription program, which includes clinical coaching, recipes, and medically tailored groceries and meals.

About Good Measures’ SDOH Services:

Good Measures understands that SDoH affect many health outcomes. Good Measures collaborates with clients to identify appropriate resources for members that assist with SDoH such as affordable housing, access to education, availability of healthy foods, access to childcare, transportation needs, etc. With our food prescriptions we are directly addressing food and nutrition access needs. By addressing SDoH, members are better able to focus on meaningful healthy behavior change.
