– Quality Outcomes and Member Satisfaction: Teaming with health plan quality experts to develop and implement plans for improving quality measures and achieving improvements in HEDIS measures as well as working cross-functionally to develop and implement “break-through” service models focused on improving the member experience, retention, and over-all member satisfaction.
