BeneLynk is a national provider of innovative outreach and advocacy services to government-sponsored health plans. From dual eligible outreach to Medicaid retention, Veterans services, and community program enrollment, our senior team has over a century of combined government program advocacy experience and is passionate about our work and the positive impact we have on your members’ lives.
The advocates in our 500-seat call center in Sunrise, Florida, and remotely located throughout the continental United States, are 38% bilingual (English/Spanish) and all are HIPAA and FWA training certified. Our extensive training program also includes disability and disadvantage awareness, and senior sensitivity. Our flexible training and onboarding programs allow us to rapidly add staff to meet client needs, including seasonal variations and additional product developments. We further have the ability to recruit additional foreign language speaking advocates upon request.
Our current clients include some of the nation’s premier Managed Care Organizations, covering more than 12 million members. We are committed to privacy and security best practices and our Lynk360TM system and SDoH services are HITRUST CSF certified.
