Job Summary:
Responsible for management of Health Plan’s Customer Service enrollment and billing operations, including the Commercial, Medicare, TPA, Medicaid and Exchange lines of business. This responsibility includes oversight of achieving metrics, resource allocation, process improvement, coordinating training and ensuring policy development/updates related to billing and enrollment functions. Administrative responsibilities include assisting administration in developing the team’s annual operating budget, participating in and/or leading interdepartmental workgroups involved in strategic planning, developing and reviewing policies and procedures.

Reports to the Director, Health Plan Operations.

Education and or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or a related field required. (The appropriate mix of education and experience may be substituted for the degree).
Minimum five years’ experience in managed care operations with at least five years of management experience required.
Experience working with senior level management required.
